Getting smart about potential emergencies. A new program called Smart 911 allows residents to give important information to dispatchers as soon as you dial 911.
Registration is free and easy. Residents can enter as much or as little information to a home or cell phone number. They can also add details like photos of their home and family members, or medication and allergy information.
