pet allergy
I need to sublet my apartment for a few months and the only person who has showed interest has severe pet allergies and I have a cat. She came by to look at it earlier and she said when she left she started wheezing and coughing. If I vacuum and shampoo the carpet really well, and dust, and vacuum the couch will this be enough or is there any more I can do?
Doing all of this should do well to remove most all of the dander. However before you start stirring up all the dander doing this install a premium furnace / air filter that removes pet dander such as the 3M Filtrate brand.

hay fever
Describe the sequence of events that results in the symptoms of an allergy such as hay fever?
Hay fever and other allergies are an immune system response to tree and grass pollen or other types of harmless cell.
Pet allergies, for example, are an immune response to the dander (dead skin and hair cells) of dogs, cats, etc.
Basically, an underworked immune system may result in identifying any external cells as harmfull and will create an antibody signature which tags them for attack. This is the same manner by which harmfull bacteria, viruses and other invading organisms are dealt with.

hay fever
Hey guys , when im out playing with my friends and doing my paper route , my eye gets all itchy and its really annoying , i take hay-fever tablets but they dont seem to work . I think its something to do with the pollen in flowers but i need a definate answer and some tips on how to stop my eye being itchy .
hay fever, also known as "allergic rhinitis" ("rhino" means "nose" or "horn", as in rhinoplasty or rhino virus), is an allergic reaction to pollen. Histamines are produced which are directed through the blood stream to the nasal airways. Inflammation results from the battle against the pollen. Because the areas around the eyes are highly sensitive, and near where the histamines are being directed, the eyes are prone to severe inflammation. The itching and swelling (which is inflammation) is caused by the histamines.
